Nano powder modification machine

 

 

The Nano Powder Modifier is a continuous powder modification, film forming and spheroidizing equipment designed and manufactured by Genesis for industrial applications. Used in non-metallic mineral fillers, high polymer matrix composites and high performance coatings. After the mineral coating is modified and coated, it can not only greatly improve the compatibility of inorganic mineral fillers with organic high molecular polymers, improve the interface bonding force, enhance the mechanical strength and comprehensive properties of the materials, but also greatly improve the filling of the powder. Quantity, reduce production costs.
Equipment composition:
Feed hopper: The material enters the hopper from the silo, and the moisture content of the material should be less than 0.5%.
Feeding device: It adopts twin-screw feeding and adjustable speed to ensure the stability of material flow.
Adding auxiliaries: temperature controllable, arbitrarily set the temperature of the auxiliaries, suitable for various solid-liquid forms of modifiers.
Modified main machine: The modified main machine is composed of three-shaped modified cylinders with compact structure, high modification efficiency and reliable operation.
Cyclone dust collector: collects the modified powder.
Pulse bag filter: It has many advantages such as small footprint, large filter area, high dust removal efficiency and easy cleaning.
