Microfluidic nano air jet spinning machine
Microfluidic nano-air jet spinning machine is a new type of equipment for large-scale preparation of nano-fiber blankets. This equipment uses microchannels formed by microfluidic technology (such as microfluidic pumps and microfluidic chips). By controlling the air pressure of the air pump and regulating the distance between the receiving device and the nozzle, a nanofiber with controllable size is prepared. The receiving device realizes large-scale preparation of nanofiber blankets; by controlling multiple groups of microchannels to form microreactors, nanomaterial fiber blankets such as quantum dots, photonic crystals, and biomimetic peritoneum can be prepared.
